About the Role

You own digital marketing delivery across our client base of US small businesses: local service companies, small e-commerce, owner-run brands. These clients run lean budgets and judge us on one thing, results they can feel in their revenue. You're accountable for making every dollar of ad spend work, keeping a portfolio of small accounts healthy at once, and leading the team that executes. This is a hands-on owner's seat, not a slide-deck strategist role.

What you'll do

• Run paid campaigns that perform on tight budgets (often $1,000 to $5,000/month spend), mostly Google and Meta, with local lead gen front and center.
• Manage a portfolio of small accounts efficiently: you can't pour 40 hours into one client, so you build repeatable systems.
• Own the lead-to-customer math for clients: cost per lead, close rate, ROAS, and prove the value monthly so they renew.
• Lead and level up the team, set the standard for fast, clean execution, and hire as we grow.
• Talk directly with owner-operators, no jargon, just clear plans and honest numbers.
• Use and improve our AI-augmented workflows so a small team can serve more clients without dropping quality.
• Support Mike on scoping and pitching new small-business accounts.

What you need

• 4+ years in performance/digital marketing with real hands-on paid media experience, agency-side preferred.
• Proven results on small budgets. You can point to accounts where you generated leads or sales cheaply, not just managed spend.
• Strong Google Ads and Meta Ads skills, plus working command of landing pages, tracking, and analytics.
• Comfort managing many accounts at once without losing the plot.
• Clear English, confident on calls with US clients.
• An efficiency mindset and genuine comfort using AI tools to move faster.

Nice to have

• Local service / lead gen experience (home services, solar, clinics, trades).
• Small e-commerce or D2C exposure.
• Some skill with automation or no-code tooling.

Timings - 10:30am - 7pm (Mon - Fri)

Location: Johar Town, near Emporium, Lahore.
