Our client is currently under implementation of group wide HCM solution across all the functions and Business Units. The project delivery approach envisaged for program of this nature requires working in agile and iterative manner in creating the minimum viable product and adding additional functionalities iteratively.
Senior Specialist Human Capital Management (HCM) is a professional who possesses a unique blend of technical and functional expertise, specializing in the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. This role involves understanding the client's business needs, configuring the software to meet those needs, and ensuring smooth functionality of the HCM system.
In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between technology and business processes, ensuring that HCM solutions align with and enhance the human capital management needs of our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, configure the system, provide technical support, and optimize the HCM software to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
STRATEGIC
- Collaborate with clients to understand their HR and human capital management requirements.
Business facing and capable of liaison and Customer management.
Work with implementation vendor and provide reporting on key
risks issues to management.Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of the HR strategy.
Collaborate with Oracle support teams when necessary to address technical concerns.Ensure management is aware of any issues or risks prior to their occurrence.
OPERATIONAL
Configure the system to align with the client's specific HR
processes, policies, and organizational structure.- Gather and document business needs and objectives for the HCM implementation.
- Customize the system to meet unique business requirements, including modules like payroll, benefits, recruitment, and performance management.
Plan and oversee data migration from legacy systems to HCM.
Integrate the HCM system with other enterprise applications, such as finance and CRM systems, to ensure data consistency and process
continuity.- Oversee data quality, integrity, and data migration efforts within the HRMS system.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolutions for system
related problems.Create and maintain project documentation, including user guides
and system configurations.Implement and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive HR data.
Ensure that the HCM system complies with relevant regulations, including data privacy laws.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Depending on the Position Level Responsibilities that pertain to positions which have a supervisory role to play
Co-ordinate through the development team for all delivery activities and acts as first escalation point for all development issues specific to projects.
Co-ordinate with implementation team to ensure right teams are working on the right build components at the committed time, with clear expectations of milestones and goals.
Conduct training with team to keep them updated on upcoming releases, debugging processes, builds, configurations and code process.
Coordinate with team to align on progress and ensure deliverables are met as per expectation.
PRODUCT / PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
Depending on the Position Level - Responsibilities that pertain to a proactive role in identifying and improving existing business processes or products
Provide guidance on best practices and HCM-related processes
- Advise business users on how to optimize HR practices, including talent acquisition, onboarding, talent, succession, Visa management system, performance management, and compensation.
Identify areas for process improvement within the HRMS system and implement enhancements.
Streamline and automate workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.
Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into HR metrics and workforce analytics.
Help businesses make data-driven decisions related to their human capital management.
Maintain data security and privacy protocols.
Train end-users and client staff on system functionality, features, and best practices.
Ensure all development and testing processes are followed.
Understand and follow full software development lifecycle while using the standard process.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
This section outlines the education, experience, knowledge and skills required for the position to be able to deliver upon the jobs duties and responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information System or Engineering.
Certified professional in Oracle Fusion HCM.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:
The skills include Build management, change management, release management, configuration management, system Integration, system security, Life cycle methodologies, Quality Assurance and Testing, Requirement Gathering, and system analysis and Design.
Experience in delivering complex processes/projects throughout Project Lifecycle.
Experience in implementing security matrix based on the organizational structure.
Ability to organize, prioritize estimate and deliver tasks meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in using Oracle's HCM Extract and HCM Data Loader tools for data import/export and data transformation.
Skill in managing user accounts and access permissions within Oracle Fusion HCM
Capability to configure the user interface, personalize pages, and design user-friendly forms.
Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations and the ability to implement controls to ensure compliance.
Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues and errors within Oracle Fusion HCM.
EXPERIENCE:
Extensive experience in implementing HCM Solution with Oracle.
Proven track record of successful implementation of Oracle HCM solution in middle east region with UAE compliances.
Extensive experience in implementing Reporting and Security in Oracle fusion.
Experience with oracle fusion middleware, applications, Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle SQL, Web services and APIs.
Experience in a delivery-orientated IT environment using waterfall, agile and DevOps methodologies.
Highly organized, detail orientated and self-motivated with a proven track record of working collaboratively across various
Teams with varying objectives.
Knowledge of extensibility features to customize Oracle Fusion HCM to meet specific business needs.
Ability to manage batch processes, schedule jobs, and troubleshoot issues related to scheduled processes.
Experience in applying upgrades and patches to Oracle Fusion HCM to keep the system up to date.
- 6+ years experience implementing at least 3 projects end-to-end.
