Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator (Female) with 2–3 years of relevant experience to join our team in
Bangladesh. The role involves inside sales, partner coordination, marketing support, and sales operations. The ideal
candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while supporting business
growth and maintaining strong coordination between internal teams, partners, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls, lead generation, and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with partners and clients to support business growth.
- Coordinate sales operations, order processing, and follow-ups with internal teams.
- Assist in executing sales strategies and managing the sales pipeline with the Sales Manager.
- Support marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and promotional activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and sales documentation and update activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate between sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth workflow.
- Demonstrate strong time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Be open to occasional travel for client meetings and partner engagement.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, sales coordination, or business development (preferably
B2B). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Ability to build relationships, manage multiple tasks, and work independently or in a team.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
