Position Title: Senior Sales Person – Shipping & Logistics Company (SME)

About the Role:
Seeking an experienced Senior Sales Person to drive business growth for our freight forwarding and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and developing effective sales strategies to expand the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight forwarding industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
Develop and present tailored logistics solutions to meet client needs.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.

Requirements:
Proven track record in sales of minimum 3 years within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Education has to be minimum Graduation.

Location: Karachi (Head Office, opposite to shaheen complex)

Work Mode: Onsite

Work Timings and Days: 6 days a week (9:30 AM -6:00 PM)

Experience required:5 years minimum
