Head of Digital Marketing

A USA and Canada based software house, been in the business for over 4 years with 80+ employees.

Job Description:
We looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving impactful marketing campaigns, scaling online presence, and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive growth, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Oversee performance marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
• Lead digital campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze data, metrics, and market trends to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
• Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, designers, and content creators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and creative to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to design and scale successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM, and data-driven decision-making.

Experience: 7+ years
Location: Block 13D-1 Gulshan-E-Iqbal, Karachi
Work Mode: Full time Onsite
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Shift: Evening and Night
(Evening shift: 3 PM to 12 AM)
(Night shift: 9 PM to 6 AM)
