The Opportunity:
Our Client is seeking highly motivated Customer Service Representatives who bring experience and enthusiasm to our team. This role supports our Property and Casualty Insurance operations by providing exceptional client service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Review policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy
- Issue certificates of insurance
- Order MVR reports, FR-19s, and update driver information
- Request policy endorsements from insurance carriers
- Provide superior customer service by promptly and thoroughly responding to client needs and requests
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Property & Casualty License
- Customer service orientation with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of commercial lines account management experience
- Epic software experience
Work Environment
This position requires on-site work at our office location.
