The Opportunity:

Our Client's Capital Markets department is seeking a senior associate.

Minimum of 5 years of substantial experience:

• Repo
• Asset Backed Lending
• Loan on Loan
• Securitization
• Structured finance
• Structured products
• Corporate and/or real estate
• CRE CLO is also a plus, but not required. 
• Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and solid law firm work experience.
