The Opportunity:

As an Electrical Superintendent, you will oversee electrical installations on large-scale multi-family and high-rise and commercial construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and timelines. You will lead a team of electricians and work closely with project managers and other trades to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical workers on site.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to resolve issues.
• Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Valid state driver's license.
• High School Graduate/GED required.
• Journeyman Electrician/completion of Apprenticeship Program required.
•  Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working on a large multi-family or commercial jobs

• OSHA 30
• Lift Training
