The Opportunity:

Our client has an immediate opening in their virtual office, the Link, for an Asbestos Litigation Attorney with a minimum of two years of experience with all stages of asbestos-specific litigation, including taking depositions, writing briefs, and participating in court appearances. 

Candidates should have active bar licenses in West Virginia and Pennsylvania, or commit to obtaining said licensure as soon as possible. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. We look for proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial individuals with varied backgrounds, interests, and experience for a diverse candidate pool.
