JSY Chef - Exclusive Pvt Club

On behalf of our client, an exclusive private club, we seek holiday Chef cover.

This is a busy lunchtime restaurant, and we seek a chef to work as and when required and typically holiday cover when the current chef is on holiday/sickness and/or give support to the current chef when catering for functions.

This grade 2 listed building with a terrace overlooking the Royal Square, provides a warm, friendly, and exclusive environment to its Members.

Your duties will include preparing meals to the highest standard, ordering stock, managing budgets, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and kitchen hygiene, basic food hygiene Level 2 or equivalent is required.
