Avionics Technician

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Avionics Technician to join our clients team in Eden Prairie, MN. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Garmin avionics, installation, wiring, and troubleshooting. This role is full-time, with a steady Monday-to-Friday schedule, offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Shift: Mon - Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, configuration, and integration of avionics systems, with a specialization in Garmin products.
• Execute advanced wiring tasks, including harness assembly and system connections.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex avionics system issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to complete assignments.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards during installation and repair processes.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain high service standards.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Garmin avionics, installation, wiring, and troubleshooting.
• Proven  technical skills and ability to work independently on avionics projects.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred: Airframe license (not required but advantageous).
