Senior DevOps Engineer (Onsite, Lahore, USD Salary)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related engineering roles/tools.
• Industry experience in eCommerce, FinTech, or subscription-based environments is highly desirable.
• AWS certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner and/or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Oracle Cloud, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Expertise in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and tools such as Git, Docker, and Grafana.
• Solid understanding of security protocols and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure.
• Manage and monitor production, staging, and development environments.
• Develop and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Set up and maintain robust monitoring systems using tools such as CloudWatch, Grafana, and similar platforms.
• Implement and enforce security best practices, including vulnerability assessments and patch management.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize system performance, workflows, and processes.
• Work closely with development and other IT teams to effectively integrate DevOps practices.
