Techno-Functional Solution Architect (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in software delivery, solution consulting, or technical architecture.
• Proven track record of delivering complex software projects from initial scoping to production deployment.
• Experience in client-facing roles such as Solution Consultant, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Lead.
• Exposure to commercial functions including proposal writing, project estimation, and stakeholder negotiations.
• Strong understanding of modern web and API architectures, including REST, GraphQL, and event-driven systems.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems, with practical experience in Node.js, Next.js, or similar frameworks considered a plus.
• Experience with relational and document databases, along with solid data modeling knowledge.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration patterns, LLM APIs, and automation tools is highly desirable.
• Ability to review and understand code across multiple system layers, even when not the primary contributor.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create client-ready documentation independently.
• Strong presentation and verbal communication skills, particularly in discovery calls and project reviews.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity through structured problem-solving.
• High attention to detail in documentation, estimation, and client communication.
• Strong judgment in balancing solution simplicity with scalable infrastructure investments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead client discovery sessions to define project scope, system boundaries, and data flows.
• Prepare architecture documents, technical proposals, solution briefs, and system design diagrams.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans with clearly defined assumptions and constraints.
• Recommend appropriate technology stacks based on client needs, budget, and long-term maintainability.
• Define and manage integrations across third-party APIs, enterprise systems, and data platforms.
• Own the end-to-end technical delivery of client engagements from kickoff to final acceptance.
• Collaborate with development teams to review code quality, resolve blockers, and maintain architectural standards.
• Maintain delivery documentation, including SOWs, milestone reports, and handoff materials.
• Identify project risks proactively and communicate them effectively to both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all deliverables meet agreed specifications and quality standards before client delivery.
• Partner with business development teams to evaluate inbound opportunities and assess technical feasibility.
• Prepare and present project estimates, proposals, and scoping documents for prospective clients.
• Conduct pre-sales discovery calls and establish technical credibility with decision-makers.
• Develop phased engagement and delivery plans aligned with client budgets and timelines.
• Represent the Company in client communications and stakeholder discussions.
• Contribute to identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the founding team on go-to-market positioning and service offerings.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive market positioning.
• Support the creation of case studies, proposal templates, and reusable delivery assets.
