Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of post-qualification experience in Human Resource Management, particularly in People Management and Organizational Development.
- SHRM, or a similar HR certification will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, talent management, and organizational development principles.
- Proven ability to manage teams, drive organizational change, and support business growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly professional, disciplined, and presentable.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities and attract top talent in line with HR best practices.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve organizational development initiatives.
- These include performance management, succession planning, competency frameworks, and employee development programs.
- Develop and coordinate training and learning initiatives, support career progression plans, and contribute to talent acquisition strategies.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture through employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Strengthen the company's employer brand and social media presence to enhance talent attraction, employee retention, and workforce productivity.
- Partner with senior management to align human capital strategies with organizational goals and business objectives.
- Manage and optimize HRIS platforms and recommend suitable tools to monitor, track, and improve workforce productivity.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and time-tracking processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
