Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing email marketing campaigns, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong English writing and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Instantly or similar cold email tools and Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong experience in lead data management including data cleaning, deduplication, segmentation, and CSV preparation.
  • Ability to create multi-step email sequences, personalize outreach, handle responses, and qualify leads.
  • Basic understanding of email deliverability concepts including warm-up, sending limits, bounce management, spam control, and SPF/DKIM/DMARC.
  • Ability to engage prospects, ask qualifying questions, and schedule discovery calls with Account Executives.
  • Experience with Zapier, n8n, or similar automation and workflow integration tools.
  • Familiarity with lead generation platforms such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Skrapp, and email verification tools.
  • Understanding of spam avoidance, inbox placement, and email compliance best practices.
  • Basic sales communication skills including follow-ups, objection handling, and meeting coordination.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data cleaning and reporting.
  • Confident and professional communication skills with strong listening ability.
  • Strong ownership mindset with consistent follow-up and resilience in handling rejection.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end outbound email campaigns using Instantly and Salesforce.
  • Prepare and organize lead data by cleaning files, removing duplicates, and applying appropriate tagging.
  • Segment target audiences based on industry, persona, geography, and campaign objectives.
  • Upload and manage leads in Instantly and Salesforce while maintaining accurate lifecycle stages.
  • Create multi-step email sequences, personalize messaging variables, and schedule campaigns based on time zones.
  • Monitor email warm-up processes, sending limits, and inbox health indicators.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration when required.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics including open rates, reply rates, and bounce rates.
  • Optimize messaging and campaign strategy based on performance insights.
  • Handle incoming responses, categorize prospect intent, and update CRM records accordingly.
  • Assign qualified leads to the sales team and schedule follow-ups or reminders.
  • Maintain unsubscribe and suppression lists across all campaigns.
  • Pause or adjust campaigns when high bounce rates or spam signals are detected.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines and messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Sync email campaign activity with Salesforce using automation workflows such as Zapier or n8n.
  • Maintain campaign reports and share weekly performance summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and safe sending practices.
