Business Central Technical Lead (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL).
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in AL language and extension-based development.
• Solid understanding of Business Central architecture and core functional areas.
• Experience with Business Central SaaS and on-premise environments.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, OData, and third-party integrations.
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and guide junior team members.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end AL development for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central customizations and extensions.
• Design, develop, and maintain AL extensions, reports, pages, codeunits, and integrations.
• Review code and mentor junior developers to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage deployments, upgrades, and source control using Azure DevOps and Git.
• Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, OData, and web services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Business Central applications and extensions.
• Participate in testing, UAT support, and production deployments.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
