Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in managing distributor networks and driving primary and secondary sales growth.
  • Strong track record of achieving regional targets across volume, value, distribution, and collections.
  • Good understanding of route-to-market strategies, market coverage, and field force effectiveness.
  • Experience in implementing trade programs, sales policies, and operational standards in regional roles.
  • Ability to conduct market visits and convert insights into actionable sales improvements.
  • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage overall sales operations for the South region in alignment with the company's business objectives.
  • Achieve regional targets for volume, value, distribution, and collections through effective sales execution.
  • Manage distributor performance, market coverage, and route-to-market effectiveness across the region.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team to enhance capability and performance.
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, execution excellence, and visibility standards.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and business opportunities to support sustainable growth.
  • Ensure implementation of company sales policies, trade programs, and operational standards across the region.
