Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- 8–10+ years of FMCG sales experience with strong exposure to regional sales operations and distributor management.
- Proven experience in leading and developing regional sales teams, including coaching and performance management.
- Hands-on experience in managing distributor networks and driving primary and secondary sales growth.
- Strong track record of achieving regional targets across volume, value, distribution, and collections.
- Good understanding of route-to-market strategies, market coverage, and field force effectiveness.
- Experience in implementing trade programs, sales policies, and operational standards in regional roles.
- Ability to conduct market visits and convert insights into actionable sales improvements.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with a results-driven mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall sales operations for the South region in alignment with the company's business objectives.
- Achieve regional targets for volume, value, distribution, and collections through effective sales execution.
- Manage distributor performance, market coverage, and route-to-market effectiveness across the region.
- Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team to enhance capability and performance.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, execution excellence, and visibility standards.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and business opportunities to support sustainable growth.
- Ensure implementation of company sales policies, trade programs, and operational standards across the region.
