Creative Designer (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on professional experience in graphic, visual, or UI design
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, result-driven environments
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Solid understanding of visual design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and layout
• Ability to convert briefs and ideas into polished, production-ready designs
• Working knowledge of motion graphics or basic animation (preferred)
• Experience working with SaaS, agency, or product-based companies (preferred)
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, including usability, user flows, and interface consistency (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality creatives for web, social media, marketing campaigns, and digital products
• Create UI designs, landing pages, and brand assets aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate closely with marketing, development, and leadership teams
• Ensure visual consistency across the company and portfolio brands
• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines and quality standards
