Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, MBA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM/HRMS, including at least 2 end-to-end Oracle implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS HRMS and/or Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, including Payroll.
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HRMS applications across different business areas.
- Experience in requirements gathering, functional design, development, testing, implementation, and production support.
- Strong understanding of HCM/Payroll configuration, setup changes, and impact analysis.
- Strong planning, organizing, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Oracle certification is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Implement changes to Oracle HCM, Payroll, Oracle EBS HRMS, Fusion HCM Cloud, and customized applications in production according to defined policies and procedures.
- Manage end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, functional design, development coordination, and testing.
- Oversee Oracle HCM and Payroll system administration to ensure compliance with company policies and business requirements.
- Perform impact analysis for configuration and setup changes.
- Coordinate with key users, business stakeholders, HR, Finance/Payroll, and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver system enhancements.
- Provide functional support for system development, upgrades, and report development.
- Raise and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and follow up through resolution.
- Perform business process re-engineering based on evolving user requirements.
- Provide end-to-end functional expertise across Oracle EBS HRMS and Fusion HCM Cloud in different business areas.
- Research new Oracle technologies and applications and recommend best practices and cost-effective solutions within defined timelines.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, maintaining effective relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders, and application users.
- Support planning, organizing, and project management activities related to Oracle HCM initiatives.
- Stay updated on recent technological advancements, Oracle releases, and best practices.
