Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of professional experience or strong hands-on project experience in backend development
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript, with hands-on experience in Node.js and NestJS
  • Experience building RESTful APIs and working with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
  • Familiarity with AWS or GCP, Git / GitHub, and basic understanding of authentication & authorization (JWT, roles)
  • Knowledge or exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, and background jobs / queues is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and NestJS
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs
  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
  • Deploy and manage applications on AWS or GCP
  • Write clean, modular, and maintainable code
  • Collaborate with frontend and product teams
  • Debug issues and optimize application performance
