Project Manager - Scrum (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management and Product Ownership.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and sprint-based delivery.
• Solid technical understanding, enabling effective collaboration with development teams.
• Proven experience managing workflows using Monday.com or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Product experience, preferably in mobile or tech-driven products.
• A proactive team player who is a good listener and enjoys organizing chaos.

Responsibilities:

• Manage product sprints and maintain one or more Monday.com boards.
• Act as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Create, assign, and track tasks, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Actively unblock developers by clarifying requirements, priorities, and dependencies.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Stay hands-on with product features and continuously align development with user needs.
• Use tools such as Monday, Slack, Figma, Google Workspace, and AI tools (e.g., GPT) to manage communication and execution.
