UI/UX Designer (Onsite, Islamabad, USD Salary)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Arts, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in UI/UX design for digital products and platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, usability standards, and user-centered design practices.
• Hands-on experience designing responsive web applications and mobile-first user interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of design systems, typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and a basic understanding of JavaScript.
• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in agile, dynamic, and fast-paced startup environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to identify user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Develop, maintain, and scale design systems, UI guidelines, and reusable design components.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to shape user experience strategies and product direction.
• Translate business goals and user requirements into effective and user-centric design solutions.
• Ensure visual and functional consistency across all digital products and platforms.
• Perform usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the overall user experience.
• Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and seamless cross-platform compatibility.
• Work closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of designs.
• Present design concepts, workflows, and rationale clearly to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to product strategy through innovative, user-focused thinking and design-driven problem solving.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and project deliverables.
