Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in supplier management or system integration roles.
- Certifications like APICS or CPSM, along with a Masters degree in a relevant field, will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier relationship management.
- Proficiency in EDI systems and supplier portal technologies.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience with major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and EDI platforms.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, BI software, and project management tools.
- Knowledge of programming, scripting, Six Sigma, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
- Lead supplier onboarding initiatives and manage integration projects from inception to completion.
- Analyze existing supplier processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Configure and maintain supplier portals and electronic data interchange (EDI) systems.
- Configure Commerce eXtensible Markup Language (CXML) protocols.
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and enhance supplier integration solutions.
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Resolve technical integration issues and provide support to suppliers.
- Create and maintain documentation for supplier integration processes.
- Conduct regular audits of supplier data and system configurations.
- Facilitate training sessions for suppliers on integration tools and processes.
- Upload and maintain supplier catalogs.
- Image association, modification, management.
- Perform catalog, PO, and supplier provided testing.
