Accounts Receivable Specialist (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in AR management within the medical billing industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance claim processes, denial codes, and payer requirements.
• Proficiency in medical billing software and denial management tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve claim denials and underpayments from insurance carriers.
• Prepare, submit, and monitor appeals for denied claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
• Develop and implement denial management strategies to minimize future denials.
• Accurately process write-offs in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with billing and coding teams to address recurring issues.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and detailed records of appeals and adjustments.
