Requirements:

  • Expertise in Social Media Marketing (SMM) across major platforms.
  • Strong content writing skills, with the ability to oversee the production of high-quality marketing content.
  • Experience in leading and managing a marketing team.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Bing Ads, and SEO tools such as SEMRush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or SEO are a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive qualified traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve KPIs.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to ensure maximum campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO audits, ensuring content is optimized according to the latest search engine algorithms.
  • Analyze website performance and suggest improvements to boost visibility and rankings.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to improve performance.
  • Manage and grow the companys social media following through consistent, engaging, and strategic posts.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of high-quality content strategies (blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, etc.) to support SEO and marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with content writers, designers, and other team members to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, content creators, and social media specialists.
  • Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and ensure the team is motivated and aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Ahrefs to track website traffic, SEO progress, and the effectiveness of paid campaigns.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on the performance of digital marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
