Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Event Management.
  • Capable of handling multiple speakers, managing and developing conference agendas (virtual and physical), and coordinating speaker line-ups, invites, confirmations, exhibitions, booths, and vendors
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and interpersonal skills, along with a pleasant personality.

Responsibilities:

  • Making Proposals & Sponsorship Documents & Follow-ups.
  • Utilizing Social Handles & Outreach.
  • Planning & Making strategies for the conferences.
  • Making potential lists of sponsors, collaborations & partnerships.
  • Managing online meetings with clients who are in other cities or countries.
  • Know how to manage Awards.
  • Making list of awardees and following up with them for the evaluation processes.
  • Lineup with Jury members for Awards.
  • Know how to do strategic marketing for Awards and managing campaign
  • Making Shields for the awardees.
  • Making sure that every awardees gets the shields.
  • Sending Certificates to the Speakers & Awardees.
  • Visiting potential clients.
  • Working with creative department to get content & posts timely.
  • Making sure the content is disseminating timely with proper announcements.
  • Speakers lining up.
  • Speakers coordinations & pre-calls for sessions.
  • Conference Registrations.
  • Making sure that the speakers & other information is being added to the website.
  • Managing Momentos or e-Certificates.
  • Close communication with speakers & sponsors for bringing more value to the discussion.
  • Making sure the content will be curated post summit with content team.
  • Making small video shorts from creative department post event of all the speakers & sharing on all the social handles.
  • Building an event report & key points to share with Ministries & Regulators.
