Senior Business Development Executive (Onsite, Lahore, US Timing, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 2-5 years in business development.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science (BSCS), or BBIT.
• Hands-on knowledge of Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
• Ability to write winning proposals and present persuasive sales pitches.
• Strong proficiency in LinkedIn for networking and lead generation.
• Proficient in using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other business development platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Understanding of IT services, digital marketing, or software development.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Expertise with Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms to secure high-value projects through strategic bidding and strong client engagement.
• Proactively identify and generate new business leads through cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach.
• Generate and nurture leads to convert them into long-term clients.
• Craft compelling proposals and negotiate contracts for successful deal closures.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
