QA Lead (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience in QA/testing.
• Proven experience leading QA teams and managing testing lifecycles.
• Strong proficiency with manual and automated testing methodologies and tools.
• Strong understanding and working experience with SSMS or any other similar tool and language (MySQL, SQL Server)
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Familiarity with Angular, ASP.NET, and .NET Core applications.
• Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Experience with JIRA management.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as MS Azure or AWS.
• Keen eye for UX and UI designs
• Previous experience in CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive test strategies, including manual and automated testing approaches.
• Oversee and manage end-to-end testing lifecycles to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data for web and software applications.
• Utilize SSMS, MySQL, SQL Server, or similar tools for backend data validation and testing.
• Manage test management and defect tracking using tools such as JIRA, ensuring accurate reporting and resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with development teams working on Angular, ASP.NET, and .NET Core applications to ensure product quality and functionality.
• Review UX/UI designs to ensure an optimal user experience and interface consistency.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD practices in collaboration with DevOps teams.
• Ensure testing processes are aligned with cloud platforms like MS Azure or AWS.
• Conduct risk analysis and provide recommendations to improve product quality.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear status updates and reports.
