Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to identify what makes an idea commercially viable, with a knack for cutting through unnecessary complexity.
- Demonstrated experience building or validating products from scratch, with a clear understanding of the journey from 0 to 1.
- A track record of prioritizing testing before building, helping founders pre-sell, validate, and iterate their ideas based on real market feedback.
- Hands-on experience coaching founders, creators, or early-stage entrepreneurs through critical stages of growth.
- Background in working with accelerators, startup studios, or founder-focused education programs.
- Deep understanding of the psychology of execution, with the ability to nudge founders toward bold, decisive action.
- Strong ability to motivate, challenge, and hold founders to high standards of execution and accountability.
- Proven agility in moving quickly, identifying opportunities, and knowing when to push forward or pivot.
- Familiarity with AI tools and no-code solutions to accelerate MVP development, particularly in guiding non-technical founders.
- Skilled in creating engaging discussions, fostering participation, and cultivating a high-accountability culture within founder communities.
