Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong relationships with retailers, ensuring smooth coordination, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and other conditions with retailers to maximize profit margins and ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels at all times across locations.
  • Oversee and track payment cycles with retailers to ensure timely payments and maintain cash flow.
  • Track sales performance location-wise, identifying trends, opportunities for growth, and areas needing improvement.
  • Supervise and manage sales personnel (girls/boys), tracking their performance, providing feedback, and supporting their development.
  • Assist in driving retail growth by identifying new opportunities, optimizing product placement, and supporting promotional activities.
  • Provide regular reports on inventory status, sales performance, and payment collections to the management team.
