Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain corporate governance structures, job descriptions, compensation frameworks, and manuals to support business strategy and talent alignment.
  • Lead performance evaluations, engagement surveys, and leadership training programs. Develop training resources and learning tools, including Microsoft tools tutorials and orientation content.
  • Support recruiting efforts by posting jobs, coordinating interviews, and managing panel university partnerships and career fairs to attract top talent.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding frameworks, including orientation sessions, training materials, and mentorship programs to ensure smooth employee transitions.
  • Serve as the on-site HR contact for employees, assist with employee relations matters, maintain accurate and confidential records, and support benefit administration and payroll coordination.
  • Lead the architecture and adoption of Microsoft SharePoint and related tools, integrating L&D resources and ensuring user access, branding, and security compliance.
  • Create and manage internal newsletters, maintain branding guidelines, and collaborate across departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company values.
  • Develop, train, and implement the company's core values across HR practices and performance reviews, ensuring values are embedded throughout the organization.
  • Partner with leadership, accounting, and IT to ensure alignment and effective implementation of HR systems, tools, and processes.
  • Communicate policies and initiatives clearly and professionally across teams.
