Requirements:
- Experience in community management, social media marketing, or PR, preferably within the AI, blockchain, or Web3 space.
- Proven track record of building and growing online communities, ideally within a tech-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and influencer engagement.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to a diverse audience.
- Experience with tools for monitoring community sentiment and social media performance analytics.
- A passion for AI, Web3, blockchain, and the rapidly evolving decentralized tech landscape.
- Familiarity with Discord and other community management tools.
- Experience with influencer outreach and managing KOL relationships.
- Experience organizing webinars, virtual meetups, or other community-driven events.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage the company's community across platforms such as Discord, Twitter, and other social media channels.
- Actively monitor and manage community discussions, ensuring high-quality interactions.
- Create and manage feedback loops to align the communitys needs with the company's product roadmap.
- Coordinate and facilitate virtual meetups/AMAs and webinars to foster engagement and share project updates with the community.
- Promote community-driven campaigns and events to maintain excitement and engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and KOLs to amplify the company's brand visibility.
- Lead KOL & influencer engagement initiatives, identifying opportunities for influencer collaborations that align with our brand mission.
- Drive PR initiatives that strengthen media relations and expand the company's presence within the AI and Web3 spaces.
- Implement aggressive strategies for community growth in line with the company's overall marketing goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute authentic interactions with community members and strategic partners.
- Track industry trends and positioning to help the company align with relevant movements and conversations.
- Analyze community engagement metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvements in community management efforts.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on the communitys health and emerging opportunities for further engagement.
