Requirements:

  • 3 - 6 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll, compensation, and benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS and payroll software.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analytics, and payroll systems.
  • High accuracy in payroll calculations and reporting.
  • Ability to analyze compensation data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for employee and management interactions.
  • Effective in addressing payroll and benefits-related issues promptly.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and market benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with finance and HR teams to ensure compensation and benefits align with organizational goals.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including all statutory deductions and compliance requirements.
  • Address payroll queries and discrepancies from employees.
  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll data and ensure system accuracy.
  • Prepare detailed CTC breakdowns for employees and management.
  • Maintain and update CTC structures for existing and new hires.
  • Provide analytical insights on CTC trends, costs, and optimization opportunities.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly HR dashboards related to payroll, compensation, and benefits.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity in the HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Support the creation and communication of compensation-related policies.
  • Educate employees about benefits programs and assist them in enrollment processes.
  • Stay updated with labor laws and taxation regulations related to payroll and benefits.
  • Ensure all compensation practices adhere to compliance standards and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee compensation, benefits, and payroll.
