Skincare Formulation Consultant (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Proven experience in skincare formulation, particularly in serums and creams.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic raw materials, emulsions, and active ingredients.
• Understanding of global cosmetic regulations and safety standards.
• Experience in stability testing and product optimization.
• Ability to innovate and develop market-ready skincare formulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative skincare formulations, including serums and creams, using the latest active ingredients and industry trends.
• Conduct research on new skincare ingredients, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Optimize existing formulations for efficacy, texture, stability, and shelf life.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and production teams to align formulations with brand goals.
• Perform stability and compatibility testing to ensure product performance.
• Provide technical guidance on raw materials, formulation techniques, and processing methods.
• Stay updated with industry advancements, emerging ingredients, and regulatory changes.
