Senior MERN Stack Developer

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of development experience in the software industry.
• Proficiency in NodeJS, MySQL, MongoDB, ExpressJS, and ReactJS.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript concepts and principles.
• Knowledge of design patterns and clean coding principles.
• Experience with TypeScript is highly desirable.
• Proven experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Expertise in unit testing and stress testing methodologies.
• Strong Object-Oriented Programming and analytical skills, with experience in multi-layer architecture and source control using Git, including understanding branching and flow mechanisms.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business analysis, client communication, and manage the design, coding, testing, and implementation of software deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop, maintain, test, and implement applications using NodeJS and ReactJS.
• Manage source code control using Git, ensuring code integrity and version management.
• Plan, estimate, and clarify sprint requirements, transforming abstract concepts into concrete functional requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and achieve project goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency.
