Requirements:

- 2 Years Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency
- Extensive experience in developing and executing performance media strategies, with a focus on Google Ads, social media advertising, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and expertise in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving innovation, achieving KPIs, and enhancing overall campaign performance.
- Google Ads certifications and other relevant advertising certifications are a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and broader digital marketing channels is beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance media strategies that align with overarching business goals and target audience profiles.
- Plan, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, social media, display, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform strategic campaign targeting and optimization.
- Stay in line with industry trends, emerging technologies, and updates to advertising platforms, leveraging insights to enhance campaign strategies.
- Analyse campaign performance data using advanced analytics tools and platforms, drawing actionable insights and making informed adjustments to achieve KPIs.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for ad creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages, continually refining campaigns for optimal results.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, optimizing allocation for maximum return on investment while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Drive innovation by exploring new performance media channels, partnerships, and technologies to expand the reach and impact of campaigns.
- Stay informed about changes in digital marketing regulations, privacy concerns, and best practices to ensure compliant and ethical advertising practices.
