Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Blockchain, or a related field. Equivalent experience is also acceptable.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on blockchain or Web3 technologies.
  • Blockchain Analytics: Expertise in analyzing blockchain data, including familiarity with block explorers, The Graph, and on-chain metrics.
  • Data Manipulation: Proficiency in Python and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL for data handling.
  • Visualization Tools: Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, Seaborn, Matplotlib, or Plotly Dash for creating interactive dashboards.
  • Data Wrangling: Ability to clean and transform complex on-chain datasets.
  • API Integration: Experience fetching blockchain data via APIs such as Etherscan, Infura, or Chainlink.
  • Cloud Ecosystems: Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure for data pipeline deployment and storage.
  • Statistical Analysis: Strong foundation in statistical methods for Web3-specific trends and tokenomics.
  • Collaboration Tools: Proficiency in Git, Jira, and Agile workflows for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Knowledge of tokenomics, staking mechanisms, and smart contract interactions.
  • Experience with blockchain data processing tools like Dune Analytics or Nansen.
  • Familiarity with Solidity or other smart contract languages for understanding transaction details.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain intuitive dashboards to track KPIs across multiple Web3 applications.
  • Implement visualizations for on-chain data, such as wallet activity, token transactions, and staking metrics.
  • Utilize tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Plotly Dash for impactful data representation.
  • Analyze on-chain data to understand transaction flows, token movements, and smart contract interactions.
  • Reconcile on-chain and off-chain data to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.
  • Build queries and pipelines to process blockchain data from APIs or nodes like Etherscan, The Graph, or Chainlink.
  • Extract, process, and analyze data from multiple sources, including blockchain ledgers, APIs, and traditional databases.
  • Develop scripts to automate data analysis for tokenomics, staking, and reward distribution metrics.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends in blockchain and user behavior.
  • Build scalable data pipelines to manage large-scale on-chain and off-chain datasets.
  • Integrate data from diverse sources, ensuring high reliability and minimal latency.
  • Leverage cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for efficient data processing and storage.
  • Work closely with backend engineers to ensure smooth integration of data pipelines into production systems.
  • Collaborate with the product and tokenomics teams to align data solutions with business goals.
  • Ensure dashboards and analytics tools meet the needs of Web3 users and stakeholders.
  • Provide insights into token circulation, staking patterns, and liquidity trends.
  • Monitor key blockchain metrics like gas fees, wallet balances, and smart contract interactions.
  • Develop tools to forecast on-chain activity and predict network performance.
  • Stay updated with advancements in blockchain analytics, data visualization tools, and best practices.
  • Propose and implement innovative solutions for Web3 data challenges.
