Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a strong quantitative foundation.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within digital marketing agencies. Experience in e-commerce is a must-have.
  • Must have experience in handling multiple accounts.
  • Proficiency in digital ad platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Twitter Ads.
  • Experience managing ad networks for acquisition campaigns and integrating with third-party platforms for tracking and campaign setup.
  • Basic understanding of organic acquisition channels, including App Store Optimization (ASO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Familiarity with mobile attribution tools, mobile app install fraud monitoring, and Google Analytics for performance analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the overall performance marketing strategy across digital channels.
  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Drive SEO initiatives to secure top organic search rankings.
  • Manage and optimize paid listings on third-party websites and media partners to maximize ROAS.
  • Oversee email marketing and automation strategies, including EDM newsletters, drip campaigns, and loyalty campaigns.
  • Use Google Analytics and other tools to track multi-channel campaign performance, conduct regular CRO audits, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
