Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, and client acquisition, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- BBIT, BSCS, or BSIT.
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn for networking and lead generation.
- Ability to write persuasive cold emails and craft compelling outreach messages.
- Knowledge of client hunting strategies (active and passive).
- Hands-on experience with a freelancing platform.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to pitch and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other business development platforms.
- Motivated to achieve and exceed targets, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience using Upwork for client acquisition and lead generation.
- Knowledge of additional business development tools and strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and generate new business leads through cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other business development strategies.
- Research and identify potential clients, both actively seeking services (active clients) and those who may benefit from future engagement (passive clients).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Leverage Upwork to connect with clients, identify new opportunities, and expand the business.
- Develop strategies to acquire new clients and meet sales targets. Follow through the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and client requirements to better position our services and enhance outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create compelling proposals and presentations to win new business.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, leads, and conversion rates in CRM systems for performance tracking and reporting.
