Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering majors.
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience, specifically in a fast moving startup environment.
• Timely delivery of key milestones (Product Roadmap & Enterprise deliveries) with high quality.
• Build and reinforce process to ensure Velocity & Quality of Engineering output.

• Growing the team from its current size to sufficiently account for future product development.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering team to achieve high performance and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the engineering team, ensuring scalability to meet future product development needs.
• Oversee the execution of the product roadmap and customer deliveries, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Establish and refine engineering processes and best practices to enhance velocity and quality of output.
• Collaborate with Advisors, Leadership, and Middle Management to implement robust engineering strategies that support rapid scaling.
