Engineering Delivery Manager (Onsite, Islamabad, Remittance Salary)

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering majors.
• Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience, specifically in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Timely delivery of key milestones (Product and engineering Roadmap, Enterprise deliveries) with high quality.
• Build and reinforce processes to ensure Velocity & Quality of Engineering output.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering team to achieve high performance and deliver exceptional results.

• Ensure the timely delivery of key milestones, including product roadmap and enterprise deliveries.
• Establish and reinforce processes to maintain and improve engineering velocity and quality.
• Focus on career development, mentorship, and retention of existing technical resources.
