Motion Graphics Artist (Onsite, Remittance Salary)

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in motion graphics design and video editing.
• A strong portfolio of motion graphics work demonstrating expertise in digital storytelling.
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Artist or a similar role in creating animated videos for marketing or advertising.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills and storytelling through motion graphics.
• Expertise in motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Adobe Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with AI tools and software used in video production, animation, or related fields.
• Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex messages through simple, engaging narratives.
• Excellent visual design skills, including a solid understanding of composition, color theory, and typography.
• Experience with scriptwriting and storyboarding, capable of translating ideas into visually compelling stories.
• Strong communication skills, with proficiency in collaborating with team members and stakeholders to bring visions to life.
• Attention to detail and a passion for perfection.
• Time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, eLearning, websites, marketing demos, etc.).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project scope and objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Provide accurate time estimates for each part of the process.
• Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic, and animation styles for the project.
• Experiment with AI tools to enhance video content and streamline production processes.
• Narrate videos or work closely with voiceover artists to ensure the tone and pace of the narration match the visual storytelling.
