Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to organise and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts, including recording financial transactions and preparing basic financial reports.
  • File and manage office expenses, ensuring all receipts and documents are organised and accessible for audits or review.
  • Assist HR and Admin in coordinating daily office operations, such as organising office supplies, managing facilities, and supporting team needs.
  • Support HR with administrative tasks, including document management and assisting with onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with the Admin team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, addressing ad-hoc tasks as needed.
