Requirements:
- Fresh graduates have up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and financial reporting.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to organise and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts, including recording financial transactions and preparing basic financial reports.
- File and manage office expenses, ensuring all receipts and documents are organised and accessible for audits or review.
- Assist HR and Admin in coordinating daily office operations, such as organising office supplies, managing facilities, and supporting team needs.
- Support HR with administrative tasks, including document management and assisting with onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with the Admin team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, addressing ad-hoc tasks as needed.
