Lead Data Annotator (Onsite, Islamabad, USD Salary)

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience with 3+ years in data annotation or a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with annotation tools and software (e.g., LabelStudio, CVAT e.t.c).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and guidelines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts is a plus.
• Experience with different types of data annotation, such as semantic segmentation and keypoint annotation.
• Understanding of various image and video formats.
• Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Draw and adjust bounding boxes around objects in images and video frames.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in annotations according to project guidelines.
  
• Review and refine existing annotations to meet quality standards.
• Annotate and label objects, actions, and events in video sequences.
• Track objects across frames to ensure coherent and continuous annotations.
• Maintain a high level of precision in marking the start and end points of actions.
• Perform quality checks on annotations done by other team members.
• Provide feedback and corrections to ensure the highest data quality.
• Work closely with the machine learning teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and improvements.
• Maintain detailed records of annotation guidelines and any deviations.
• Document any issues encountered during the annotation process and suggest potential solutions.
