Salesforce Architect (US Timings, Onsite, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• Salesforce Certified Architect, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or equivalent certifications.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Understanding of industry best practices and trends in Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural vision for our Salesforce implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions, including custom configurations, integrations, and workflows.
• Design and document the technical architecture, including data models, security models, and integration patterns.
• Create and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring efficient task allocation and delivery.
• Work closely with development teams to provide technical guidance and resolve complex issues.
• Manage user profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure appropriate access levels.
• Maintain data integrity and quality through data imports, exports, and cleansing processes.
• Configure Salesforce settings, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules.
• Design and implement complex workflows and approval processes.
• Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
• Diagnose and resolve Salesforce issues, including performance problems and error handling.
