Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, specifically in non-tech roles.
- Strong interviewing skills and a solid understanding of various sourcing techniques.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and knowledge of recruitment analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding for non-tech roles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles.
- Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and proactively manage talent pools for future needs.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and attract top talent.
