Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of professional experience in full-stack web development, including, Angular 7+, AngularJS, Ionic 2+, C#, .NET Framework, MS SQL, REST APIs
  • 2-3 years of experience in hybrid mobile app development (Ionic framework).
  • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid development methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles.
  • Experience in designing solution architecture for complex problems.
  • Proven experience with FinTech solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of best coding practices and clean code principles.
  • Goal-oriented and reliable in meeting deadlines.
  • Understanding of database designs and system architecture.
  • Experience with .NET Core, microservices architecture, and Core Banking or enterprise-level system integrations.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Git (GitHub/BitBucket), and version control best practices.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like MS Azure or AWS.
  • Experience with Flutter, Ionic, or other hybrid app development platforms.
  • Hands-on experience deploying applications on Apple Store and Play Store.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical vision, architecture, and strategy for all web and mobile platforms.
  • Drive product development from ideation through launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
  • Collaborate with C-level executives, product managers, and business stakeholders to define product roadmaps.
  • Ensure software quality, scalability, security, and performance.
  • Oversee the entire SDLC, leveraging Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
  • Manage system and database architecture, ensuring robustness and scalability.
  • Lead DevOps efforts, including deployment pipelines, CI/CD, and app store releases.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous learning across the engineering team.
  • Define and manage KPIs and OKRs to measure team and product success.
