Product Manager (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field;
• 2-3 years of experience in product management or a similar role.
• Preferred having lending or fintech domain knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and persuade.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision and roadmap based on market research and customer feedback.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to deliver winning products.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop product specifications and oversee the product development process.
• Develop business cases and metrics to measure product performance and success.
• Work closely with marketing to create go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and maintain communication with all relevant parties.
• Analyze competitive products and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
