Business Growth Executive (Onsite, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• Business graduate with a minimum of two years of experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage and engage with C-level executives, understanding their position and status.
• Polite, well-mannered, and soft-spoken, with the ability to adapt communication style based on the individual.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ready to take on challenges and think critically to solve problems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, offering after-sales support when needed.
• Strong understanding of sales contracts and legal guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and strategizing to onboard corporate customers.
• Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Identifying and creating lists of potential customers.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Communicate properly, including follow-ups and presentations.
• Promote the company's Corporate Membership to potential clients.
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to legal rules and guidelines.
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Identify potential customers via digital platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Create and present business proposals.
