Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing accurate and timely information about our institution, programs, admission requirements, and application procedures.
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, or in-person meetings, addressing their questions, concerns, and providing guidance throughout the admission process.
  • Review and evaluate applications and supporting documents to ensure they meet the institution's admission criteria and deadlines.
  • Conduct interviews, campus tours, and information sessions to engage with prospective students and present the benefits of our educational programs.
  • Assist prospective students in completing application forms, ensuring all required information and documentation are provided accurately.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of prospective students, tracking their progress through the admissions process and following up as needed.
  • Collaborate with academic departments, faculty, and administration to ensure a seamless transition from admission to enrollment for accepted students.
  • Participate in recruitment events, college fairs, and school visits to promote the institution and attract prospective students.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in admission requirements or regulations, providing relevant updates to prospective students.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of admission policies, procedures, and marketing strategies to enhance enrollment and meet institutional goals.
  • Provide regular reports on admissions activities, enrollment statistics, and trends to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Assciate degree in marekting, business adminsitration, counseling or a relavent field.
  • Master's degree in counceling is preferable.
  • Minimum 2 years' professional marketing experience.
  • Proven track record in admissions, student recruitment, marekting, or related roles, preferably in an educational institution.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with prospective students, families, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on providing a positive and supportive experience for prospective students.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using admission management systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of the UK education sector, admission procedures, and enrollment processes is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated sensitivity and respect for cultural and individual differences.
